    Oh, yeah. That works. #1 does have excellent taste. Like you and your future d-i-l, my daughters have rings way more extravagant than mine. But the diamond my husband gave me is the first one I’ve ever owned. I was I was 34 when he proposed and the ring’s sentimental value is priceless to me.

      That’s awesome, Laurie, about your diamond. I was thrilled to play a part in #1 son’s diamond selection- the jeweler had about 8 for us to choose from and then son designed the setting for them to make.
