Kate is a wonderful, fun person. She came into my life one day at a Gulf Coast Romance Writer’s group meeting. Her sister, Joan, also started at the same time. The minute I met them, I knew I had met some of my people-(My paralegal always says the NASCAR folks are her people and I’m borrowing her phrase here because it fits).
