      Agreed. Only downside? I had two flat tires the first day back at work once they finished the job. EEP! They are coming back out to run the magnet over the ground again.

    Ooooh, a new roof. Expensive, but it sure adds to the aesthetic of the house, not to mention feeling nice and safe and dry beneath it.

      Very expensive. Only got it as insurance is going to cancel if we don’t since it was so old. UGH! The old one was double shingled so it sure didn’t leak but it cost more to remove double layers. BLEH. But it does look nice, right?
