That’s pretty foggy. Do you get that often? At certain times of the year, we get low lying fog, the kind that settles in the grasses. But thankfully, we don’t get all encompassing fog that often.
The wild thing about it is, we do get fog a lot but it usually burns off very early in the day- or it comes in late at night. This was 1:30 in the afternoon. It was foggy all day for two straight days. Mid afternoon fog is very rare.
We get incredible fog in NCentral KY. We just had it a few mornings ago. It is hilly here,(not mountainous), but suddenly, there will be a seemingly solid wall of white; it’s just like an Outer Limits episode. All of the schoolbuses here have strobe lights that automatically come on as they run, not matter what the weather.
That’s great about the buses. I imagine it’s hard enough driving a bus full of kiddos without scary fog. And good for other drivers to see them with the strobe!
