Very nice. This is Venice, right? I hear the tide actually causes some low places to flood?

This is Venice. On the canal – I was on a gondola when taking this one. Yes, they keep boards around to cover the water that sometimes floods St. Mark’s Square and other areas when the tide is up. It doesn’t happen every day, though. My characters in my new WIP actually chat about that. LOL
