I got my latest cover this past weekend. I’m over the moon thrilled with it. It perfectly evokes the era and the tone of the story. The story is a short one, set in 1925. Dawne Dominique is an excellent cover artist who really seems to get me and my visions for my covers. She’s made wonderful covers each time I’ve been published with Secret/Sweet Cravings Publishing. This story was contracted to come out in March, got moved up to February 22 and as of last Friday, is to be released on January 30, 2013. So, early is good, right? Better than being in trouble for being late, in my opinion. Lol.
Here is the cover. What do you think?
Gorgeous! You’re right. She nailed the era just right. Congrats. You can breathe a sigh of relief now!

That cover is lovely, Jillian. Good color so it should stand out. It definitely sets the period. Did I read on Four Foxes One Hound that you used your great-grandparents names in this story? What a nice tribute to them!

Thanks Laurie. It’s absolutely perfect for the story. Yes, it’s the great grandparents’ names. And my g-granddad’s Model T is in it. Lol
