Well, today was the day to upload the 2013 NaNoWriMo novel for an official word count and I did. I’m a verified winner for the 4th year in a row. This year’s story is called The Eisenger Element. It’s a murder mystery with a dash of thriller and romance all wrapped in one. It also features a prison rodeo and the City of New Orleans- both the French Quarter and the Garden District. We even have a psychic, some prostitutes and a jazz band.

Woohoo! Congratulations! I’m in awe, as I’ve never been able to write that much, that fast.

I’m impressed with all that do NaNoWriMo. Have never even tried it. I’d have to shut down life and just do that if I did.

I have this huge character flaw, Lavada. It’s called competitiveness and once I take on a challenge, I can’t stop. I hate that part of my personality but there it is.

I don’t look at it as a flaw. Look where it’s gotten you? 🙂

True but it’s working for you. I think I’d experience burnout.
