It was good. I used the sweet sauce. I took the picture as I call my cat Bubbalouie a lot and it cracked me up that the place was named that. This was near my son in Maitland, Fla house.

Yay! Glad you had some great BBQ and found a correlation to your life. Bubbalouie? Hopefully, you called him Bubba for short.

Na. I use the whole thing. It’s from an old song by dire straits where I slurred together the line about be-bop-a-loua and call Hobbes bubbalouie. I sing it to him. In my terrible voice. He’s not best pleased when I do. Hehehe. And the bbq was great. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=OAg8NGTZf_g
