Kind of looks like the best combination of fall and spring. Love the flowers tucked in with both red and green leaves. What type of tree is it?

It’s called a ligustrum. It blooms in the spring- This one still has some of the fall leaves on and hasn’t fully bloomed yet. I took this pic on my walk back from the courthouse. Looking up into the tree. I liked the two seasons on one tree look. The blooms smell really kind of a sickly-sweet and can be overpowering when in full bloom, but they are pretty.
