Memorials like this are all over Kentucky.

The state of Florida puts them up if you ask for them. They do that to cut down on homemade roadside memorials. Sadly, this is my great-nephew and I pass it every day on my way to work and back. He has hit by three cars when he was turning left into traffic and he misjudged how fast they were all going. Was in a coma for two weeks before he died 3 years ago.

I am so terribly sorry. How very sad for you.

Very sad. He was two months from being 22. And then my mom passed three months later. Lots of sad that spring and summer.

The flowers are beautiful. The reason they are there, not so much. Sigh.
    Hugs to that family.

That is my great nephew’s marker- my sister’s oldest grandson. He passed away in April 2023. His mother put those there for mother’s day. They smelled so nice.

I’ve always maintained thatI would prefer to receive my floweres while I’m alive rather then after I’m dead.
